A new administration in Washington could mean big changes for OSHA. Tressi Cordara (Principal, Jackson Lewis PC) discussed what's on OSHA's radar and the latest on electronic recordkeeping and the walking/working surfaces rule.

The National Academy of Sciences report has been released, recommending changes to CSA and the SMS methodology. Steven Bryan (President, Vigillo) explored the steps FMCSA will take regarding the recommended CSA changes. He also shared the latest insights to stay ahead of the CSA curve.

After serving in the U.S. Navy, Mark Buckley joined USA Truck and has driven over 1 million miles in his 10 years with the company. He has been a driver trainer for eight years and is a member of the Driver Advisory Board. In 2017, Mark has selected to pull "The Wall that Heals" trailer -- a mobile replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial from Norfolk, Virginia, to Bridgeport, Connecticut, as part of a national tour. Mark also participated in the 2017 Wreaths Across America program by picking up a trailer load of wreaths and delivering them to veterans cemeteries in Tennessee and Arkansas -- a first for the Arkansas Road Team. He enjoys fishing and woodworking in his spare time.
