Fourth Quarter Meeting

Attend the Arkansas Trucking Association Safety Management Council meeting on Tuesday, February 20 at Embassy Suites Little Rock, 11301 Financial Centre Parkway, Little Rock, AR 72211.  

The meeting will be held from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm, and lunch will be sponsored by NIC and served while attendees network with other safety professionals in the industry and learn from experts in a workshop-style presentation.

FMCSA's Pre-Employment Screening Program

NIC Federal manages the Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP) on behalf of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).  PSP launched in 2010 and since then, thousands for motor carriers have joined the program.  What is PSP? Why did FMCSA launch PSP?  How does it work? Why has PSP proven to be so beneficial to the industry? These questions and more will be answered during Zelaya's presentation.

ELD Update: 60 Days After the Mandate

Arkansas Division Administrator, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration

Breedlove will present an ELD regulatory update covering where the FMCSA and its partners are with ELD implementation. He will also provide a demo of the eRODS software that FMCSA and enforcement organizations are using to check records-of-duty status electronically.
