Control the Cost of Workers Compensation

More than 50 trucking companies are purchasing their workers' compensation insurance from the Arkansas Trucking Association Self-Insurers' Fund. Organized by the ATA Board of Directors in 1993, exclusively for its members, the ATA Self-Insurers' Fund offers trucking companies a way to control workers' compensation costs.

And unlike insurance companies, the ATA Self-Insurers' Fund returns a portion of premiums after all claims are paid.  Since 1994, enrolled carriers have received more than $25.8 million in dividends.  The Arkansas Workers' Compensation Commission has named the ATA Self-Insurers' Fund as the best managed group fund in Arkansas six times.
