Katie Thomason has been named the corporate services coordinator of the Arkansas Trucking Association. Thomason has worked with the association since May 2013 as the Executive Assistant.
As corporate services coordinator, Thomason will be assisting with the management of the ATA’s Self Insurers’ Fund and providing on-going administrative support to the management of the ATA.
ATA also hired Bethany May as the new communications coordinator in July. May is a recent graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with an MA in Professional and Technical Writing.
In the role of communications coordinator, May will manage communication of ATA news and events to members and public. She will also be the managing editor of the Association’s major publications—the bimonthly Arkansas Trucking Report and the annual Guide to Arkansas Trucking.
